How We Handle Groupon Certificates

If you are visiting our site hoping to still redeem a Groupon certificate, please be advised that all of our Groupon offers have expired -- and the products associated with those offers are no longer available.

However, that does not mean you are out of luck.

In accordance with their policies, once a Groupon certificate reaches its expiration date, you can still redeem it at the price you paid for it (for up to five years from the original purchase date).  For example, if you paid $25 for $50 worth of bakery products, you can always apply the $25 to any purchase, but not $50, since that offer has expired.

So, here's what you need to do. First, mail us your Groupon certificate, indicating that you would still like to redeem it towards a purchase of one of the Sweet-Paks. Once we receive the certificate and have verified it, we will email you (be sure to include you email address) with an authorization to use the certificate. At that point, you may place an order online for any Sweet-Pak (must equal or exceed the value of the Groupon certificate). Once your order is received, we will issues a credit for the remaining value of your coupon and apply it back to the credit card you used when you placed the order. It will appear on your statement as a credit to offset the purchase price of the Sweet Pak you ordered. Please allow 10 days for the credit to appear.
